Ndibendaagwaz
--an Eco-Learning Center
The Eco-Learning Center at Ndibendaagwaz is one of a growing number of models of experiential education with focus on the harmless integration of human activities into the natural world. Our mission aims to preserve a sustainable oasis in which ordinary people can explore the extraordinary task of growing organic food, building natural shelter, using alternative energy, practicing sustainable economics, developing sustainable community and living a healthy and joyful life as an Earth-centered culture. For more information, contact Jayne Leatherman-Walker at 231-620-4775 or walke106@pilot.msu.edu.

Reclaiming Time
a weekend retreat February 25-27th, 2000
Neahtawanta Inn
This is a weekend for rejuvenation, relaxation and stress reduction at the Neahtawanta Inn. We are calling it "reclaiming time" because it seems that so many of us are just too darn busy, and we need to claim some time for ourselves! All activities are optional. You can be sociable or solitary. Because it sometimes takes a few days to unwind, we are suggesting that you arrive on Thursday night if possible and if you do we will reduce our regular room rate 50%.

There are no rules, except to relax and have fun. To help you, we are offering the following: brunch and dinner on Saturday; brunch on Sunday; breakfast on Friday if you choose to come early (you are on your own for lunch and dinner Friday); yoga sessions each day; sauna; massage ($45/hr). All meals will be gourmet vegetarian fare. Other activities include walking, browsing the library, napping, skiing (weather permitting), enjoying the fireplace and just hanging out.

Costs for food, yoga and lodging:
Single: $180.00; Couple: $230.00

Thursday night (optional):
Single: $37.50; Couple: $42.50
