Now is the time folks to practice your First Amendment rights. It is critical that we flood this new channel with community created programming. Now more than ever, the public sphere of shared discourse is threatened by massive privatization. These don't have to be high gloss productions; your voice and vision belongs on the TCTV airwaves! If we flood the channel with programming, we can make a strong case for more air time and an expanded Public Access Channel.
