Thursday evening, Nov. 5 -- Sunday noon, Nov. 8: Men's Health Weekend at the Neahtawanta Center, with Roger Eischens and Bob Russell; Roger will lead yoga, Bob will teach cooking; time to hang out and relax; for more information, see page 28.
November 12-15, 1998: The Midwives Alliance of North America and the Michigan Midwives Association (MANA) present: Midwifery in the Mainstream. It is the 16th Annual International MANA Conference at the Grand Traverse Resort. There will be many well known speakers, including three local midwives, offering formal presentations, panel discussions, hands-on learning workshops and entertainment for health care professionals in maternity care as well as consumers of maternity care.
